[Winter 2026 Internship Application Notice]

2026학년도 겨울학기 인턴십 참여를 희망하는 학생은 아래 내용을 확인하여 기한 내 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.
Students interested in the Winter 2026 Internship Program should review the information below and apply by the deadline.

1. 신청 대상
1. Eligibility

• 3학년 이상 재학생
  Currently enrolled students in their third year or above

2. 인턴십 기간 및 인정학점
2. Internship Period and Credits

• 운영기간: 2026. 12. 21.(월) ~ 2027. 1. 22.(금)
  Period: December 21, 2026 (Mon) – January 22, 2027 (Fri)

• 이수기준: 4주 이상, 총 160시간 이상
  Minimum requirements: 4 weeks and 160 hours

• 인정학점: 3학점
  Credits: 3

3. 신청기한 및 제출서류
3. Application Deadline and Required Documents

🔴 신청기한: 2026. 11. 23.(월)까지 [기한 엄수]
🔴 Application deadline: November 23, 2026 (Mon) [Strict deadline]

• 제출서류: 첨부된 인턴십 신청 관련 양식 참조
  Required documents: Please refer to the attached internship application forms.

• 참여 희망자는 사전에 학과 사무실로 문의하여 신청 절차와 제출서류를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
  Interested students should contact the department office in advance to confirm the application procedure and required documents.

🔴 기한 내 서류를 제출하지 않을 경우 신청이 반려될 수 있습니다.
🔴 Applications may be rejected if the required documents are not submitted by the deadline.

4. 주요 유의사항
4. Important Information

• 2026. 12. 21.(월)로부터 1주 이내에 인턴십을 시작해야 합니다.
  The internship must begin within one week of December 21, 2026 (Mon).

• 실습기관은 전공 관련 산업체여야 하며, 정식 인턴십 협약이 체결되어야 합니다.
  The host company must be related to your major, and a formal internship agreement must be in place.

🔴 인턴십은 4주 이상, 총 160시간 이상 이수해야 합니다.
🔴 You must complete at least 4 weeks and 160 hours of internship work.

🔴 인턴십 교과목 외에 학점을 받는 다른 교과목을 함께 이수할 수 없습니다.
🔴 You cannot take other credit-bearing courses alongside the internship course.

• 일반 교과목으로 수강신청한 경우 인턴십 교과목으로 변경해야 합니다.
  If you have registered for regular courses, you must change your registration to the internship course.

• 인턴십 종료 후 2주 이내에 결과보고서를 제출해야 합니다.
  You must submit the final report within two weeks after completing the internship.

5. 외국인 유학생 및 해외 인턴십 안내
5. Information for International Students and Overseas Internships

🔴 외국인 유학생이 겨울학기에 국내 인턴십을 진행하는 경우, 관련 법에 따른 근로허가서를 제출해야 합니다.
🔴 International students undertaking an internship in Korea during the winter term must submit the work permit required under applicable laws.

• 해외 인턴십 참여자는 결과보고 시 출입국사실증명서를 제출해야 합니다.
  Students undertaking an overseas internship must submit a Certificate of Entry and Exit with their final report.

• 해외 인턴십에 참여하는 외국인 학생을 제외한 모든 참여 학생은 보험가입 명단 제출 대상입니다.
  All participants must be included in the insurance enrollment list, except international students undertaking internships outside Korea.

🔴 해외 인턴십은 출국 전날까지 보험가입이 완료되어야 합니다. 보험가입 없이 출국할 경우 해외 상해 보상이 불가합니다.
🔴 Insurance enrollment must be completed by the day before departure. Injuries sustained abroad cannot be covered if you leave without insurance.
